FINAL MILE

In transportation, supply chain, manufacturing and retailing, the term “final mile” is an idiom used to describe the delivery of products (and passengers) the last leg of transportation.

WAREHOUSING

PRO understands the importance of having the right product, in the right place, at the right time. Many of our customers ship directly from their suppliers to PRO and bypass the need for their own local distribution center.

cross dockIng

This is a logistics procedure where products from a supplier or manufacturing plant are distributed directly to a customer or retail chain with marginal to no handling or storage time. Cross docking takes place in a distribution docking terminal; usually consisting of trucks and dock doors on two (inbound and outbound) sides with minimal storage space.  Here at PRO, we got you covered.

Threshold delivery

Threshold Delivery can be an economical Final Mile service for boxed goods that do not require room of choice placement and removal of packaging. PRO will contact your customer to schedule the delivery window and notate the desired location for the threshold delivery.

Standard delivery

PRO has built its foundation providing superior standard delivery services. Our focus on recruiting the best delivery specialists in the market and maintaining quality equipment ensures we will be on time and look good. Reasonable shipping time and full tracking, so both the sender and receiver can see when the package has been delivered.

Great experience. Gary called 30 minutes before and took the time and effort to make sure my sectional was put together 100% correctly. Jaime and Anna from the office were helpful in answering my questions and reassuring me about my delivery schedule.

I got a phone call 30 minutes before delivery and Gary was super friendly! Delivery was prompt and easy!

Called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was a very nice man and took all the steps to keep my floors and the furniture from scuffs during the unloading. Would happily work with again.
